Join us at Cradle Valley Farm for an evening of exquisite food and drink followed by a captivating musical performance featuring beloved Beatles classics, iconic American compositions from Gershwin to Copland, and original works by our acclaimed trio.

We are delighted to present acclaimed Juilliard faculty member Brandon Ridenour — trumpeter, arranger, and one of today’s most sought-after collaborative composers — who will team up with Grammy Award-winning clarinetist Mark Dover and Cuban-born pianist and composer Ahmed Alom for a captivating musical evening. The program will intertwine timeless Beatles melodies with quintessential American compositions from Gershwin to Copland, with a touch of their original music.

“Friends and Mentors” is a heartfelt reunion featuring legendary violinist Cho-Liang (Jimmy) Lin and longtime friend and collaborator, joined by rising star Ramón Carrero-Martinez and beloved Concordia regulars Anna Lee and Daniel Phillips. This special evening celebrates decades of friendship, mentorship, and musical connection.

Our final subscription concert is Life Stories on April 12, 2026, featuring works inspired by real events including Richard Danielpour’s Four Angels—a tender tribute to the four young Black girls killed in the 1963 church bombing in Birmingham—Bedrich Smetana’s autobiographical String Quartet No. 1 in E minor (From My Life), and Valerie Coleman’s Shotgun Houses—an aural history of how Cassius Clay became the legendary Muhammad Ali. This powerful program explores how composers transform personal experiences and historical moments into deeply moving musical narratives.
